There is no deposit required as when you’ve paid for your collection we will be in touch to get you booked in.

We do not offer any refunds but we are very flexible with exchanges if the wrong type of waste has been purchased.

We need 24 hours notice for a free of charge date change on your waste collection.

All of our prices include 20% VAT

Additonal loading time due to access to the waste may accrue a fee. 10 minutes over the set collection time = £8
