  • We accept all types of card payments & you can even Klarna your waste collection to spread the cost!

  • There is no deposit required as when you’ve paid for your collection we will be in touch to get you booked in.

    We do not offer any refunds but we are very flexible with exchanges if the wrong type of waste has been purchased.

    We need 24 hours notice for a free of charge date change on your waste collection.

  • All of our prices include 20% VAT

    Additonal loading time due to access to the waste may accrue a fee. 10 minutes over the set collection time = £8

    Once you have clicked on the type of waste you’d like collecting, please read the following conditions regarding loading times

  • Labour, transport, sweeping up, tipping cost & a happy no stress services :)

  • We always advise splitting your waste into seperated groups- General, Timber, Rubble ect..

    This helps keep the cost down and helps us keep to set loading times

    Please don’t try and move/lift anything that is out of your limits as we can do the heavy lifting for you

  • Every load is different due to access, weather & obstacles

    ¼ Load please allow 15 minutes

    ½ load please allow 30 minutes

    ¾ load please allow 45 minutes

    Full Load please allow 60 minutes

  • We always like to see our customer & have a quick chat!

    But if your working, out and about or working from home we can collect your waste contact free

    If you planning on being out please let us know where the waste is and leave access open for us

  • Pay extra on the day if we have space on the trucks

    Re-book online or with us on the day

  • It is our responsibility to recycle as much of your waste as possible!

    You can help to by splitting all the waste into there groups

    We take all of the waste to one of 5 of our recycling centres in or just outside of Plymouth

    We can also send proof of dispose through our waste notes

  • Wether there is a problem before, during or after the collection process.
